Refund policy
Can I return/ exchange my order?
Returns are accepted only for physically damaged products, manufacturing defects, or incorrect shipments. Please email us at care@antinorm.co with an unboxing video and photos of the issue within 48 hours of receipt. Photos must clearly show the damage or defect. Claims not reported within 48 hours cannot be processed as the window for raising them with the shipping partner closes after this period.
All returns must be in original, unused condition and original packaging. If the product is not returned in appropriate condition, your return will be disqualified and we'll reship it back to you. Returns are not accepted for used/opened items or altered serial numbers.
Upon receiving the returned product, Antinorm will inspect and validate the claim. Once approved, a replacement will be sent; if ineligible, the product will be returned to you.
The package I received is open. What should I do?
Please refrain from accepting orders if the outer packaging is open or the seal has been tampered with. If you accept an open package from the delivery agent, we cannot take responsibility for it and will not be liable for any physically damaged or defective products, nor for missing or incorrect items.
The product doesn’t suit me. Can I return it?
If a product isn't suitable for your skin or hair, it cannot be returned. Skincare is a personal experience and not every product works for everyone. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you before purchasing, feel free to contact us, we're happy to help.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return request is approved, our delivery agent will collect the product from you. When it arrives at our warehouse, we will perform a quality check and process your refund. You can expect the refund in your original account within 7-14 business days.
In special circumstances, we may offer a partial refund, for example, if only part of an order is affected, or where a full replacement isn't possible. We will always work with you towards a fair resolution.

Can I exchange a product?
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please place a new order.

What if my order is delayed or undelivered due to circumstances beyond your control?
In rare cases — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other events outside our control — delivery timelines may be affected. We will notify you as soon as possible and either fulfil your order at the earliest or issue a full refund.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 7 business days. If still unresolved, you may contact the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
